of subscription purchased. CSN offers four types of subscriptions: Silver Shield, Gold Shield, Platinum Shield, and VIP Shield
Our Service Center The CSN Service Center is dedicated to serving all of our subscribers 24 hours a day, 365 day a year. Main services include: Immediate response to all calls for help provided by a member of our personnel, according to the relevant subscriber service level Immediate response to calls for rescue, towing, transport or repair of vehicle Road service advice via telephone Making contact and sending a company cruise vehicle for roadside service Handling every call until a comprehensive solution is completed
