Members Club – How to join If you would like to join the CSN Members Club, we'll be happy to serve you with our usual professionalism and dedication. Option A: Join through the insurance company handling your vehicle insurance, by filling out the membership request form. Option B: Join directly through a CSN office or through the CSN Service Center. As a new subscriber, CSN will provide you with: A subscriber card displaying your subscription and vehicle details A window sticker displaying the CSN Service Center emergency phone numbers To contact us, please call: 06-553-6908 Members Club – How best to call for help Be sure to always have your subscription card in your vehicle. If the need should arise to call for help, either due to a breakdown or a road accident, follow this procedure: Try to ascertain the cause of the problem to the best of your ability. Make sure the situation is covered by your subscription. Phone the number that appears on your subscription card and/or on your window sticker. Be sure to provide all relevant details describing your situation to ensure that we give you the best and fastest service possible. Provide the details of the driver at the time of the problem. Once the receiver of your call has entered all the details into the company's computer, the most efficient response will be chosen to handle your problem. The Service Center will call the driver back and will give him details of the approaching service and estimated time of arrival. If a CSN cruise vehicle arrives on the scene, they will want to check your subscriber details. Once the service is completed, the driver will fill out and sign a form confirming receipt of service.
